About Kristin Berns

Hello!  I'm Kristin and after a long-term career in Human Resources, working with multiple Fortune 500 companies, I made a career change and pivoted into the wonderful world of residential real estate. 

I bring a fresh and fun perspective to the home buying and selling experience and you can feel confident knowing I'm backed and supported by Edina Realty's leading technology, marketing, and data analytics.

 

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, I currently call the beautiful Loring Park neighborhood my home.  I am an advocate, champion and lover of all things Minneapolis, city and condo living.  My husband and our two (now adult) kids made an unconventional move in 2010 and downsized from a 2-story, 4-bedroom home in St. Louis Park to a 3-bedroom condo in downtown Minneapolis.  We wanted to simplify how we live and enjoy the diversity and convenience of city living.  It was a great move for our family and I love sharing and talking about our downsizing story.
